Group classes are a wonderful way to cultivate a sense of community while honing ones own sense of inner awareness. But whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, working privately with an instructor can bring more depth and understanding to your practice.
With a personalized approach, you’ll receive hands-on adjustments and individual direction throughout your session. If you wish to cultivate more strength and flexibility, balance, creativity or a sense of calm and clarity of mind, Stephanie will tailor a practice that meets your goals and needs. Meditation, breath work, mantra and/or devotional singing can be woven into your practice.
A consultation will determine the shape and structure of your initial practice. Sessions can take place in the home or in the studio. Fees are determined by the length of the sessions. Couples and groups of 3 and 4 are welcome.
